Situato ad Acquaviva delle Fonti nella piazza antistante la Chiesa di San Francesco ha un banco carni con tantissime leccornie e preparazioni. Titolare molto attento al servizio fornito ai clienti personale gentilissimo e ben disponibile. Dispone di posti all'aperto e di saletta interna. Noi ci torneremo e ve lo consigliamo. Ps Complimenti per la pignata, davvero indimenticabile! Unmemorable appetizers, excellent meat and very affordable prices. A tip: serve the carpaccio on a plate, it is unpleasant to see it served on paper. Ps Congratulations on the pinata, truly unforgettable!

Complimenti Excellent butcher where you can buy excellent horse meat to take away but also with consumption on the spot at a great price, in short, everything excellent from meat to price, from hygiene to staff x end up with the owner and his partner, very polite people! A fronte di 40€ spesi in macelleria abbiamo pagato ben 60€ per cinque coperti (bicchieri di plastica) due piattini di formaggio olive e salame, 1lt e 1/2 di vino locale, una birra (33cl) acqua (1/2 lt) tre porzioni di dolce, due amari e una barricata. Un po' troppo direi. Apprezzabile gentilezza e cortesia del personale. Excellent meat, superb I would say. The only drawback is the bill at the table. Against 40 € spent in the butcher's shop we paid a good 60 € for five seats (plastic glasses) two saucers of cheese, olives and salami, 1lt and 1/2 of local wine, a beer (33cl) water (1/2 lt) three portions of dessert, two bitters and a barricade. A little too much I would say. Appreciable kindness and courtesy of the staff.

Se non avete provato la braceria fatelo. What can I say ... the exquisite meat the chops with sauce cooked to perfection the cut then .... useless knife x how tender and handcrafted cured meats all accompanied by excellent primitivo. If you haven't tried the grill, do it.
