Non uso più shampoo commerciale che mi stava rovinando la cute e non solo. Consiglio vivamente di provarli. Ho apprezzato la professionalità di Milly e le ho detto poi che non avevo bisogno della piega, come faccio sempre .Mi è stato risposto da Milly che da loro bisogna comunque pagare la piega, anche se non la si fa. Sono uscita con i capelli ancora umidi, come desideravo e sono abituata a fare , ma ho pagato un conto in cui era presente anche la piega. Sono stata zitta ma non tornerò mai più. Il taglio però non è andato come speravo (di questo me ne sono resa conto dopo la piega mossa). Non era quello che avevo chiesto, ma ammetto che mi sarei potuta essere spiegata male, al di là di questo, una volta "dritti" tra i capelli a sinistra e destra del viso c'è uno scarto di lunghezze non indifferente (circa 1,5.cm). Ho chiamato e mi hanno detto di passare dopo le cinque per correggere almeno le ciocche attorno al viso ma non mi ha aperto nessuno, quindi ora sono alla ricerca last minute di un salone. Un vero peccato, il primo impatto era stato da cinque stelle piene! Sono comunque molto gentili e attenti, penso possa capitare a chiunque di sbagliare. Sento di poterlo comunque consigliare a chi ha idee più chiare delle mie! Buonissimi anche i prodotti utilizzati Really kind and extremely welcoming, nothing to say about this, on the contrary. A real shame, the first impact was full five stars! However, they are very kind and attentive, I think it can happen to anyone to make mistakes. I feel I can still recommend it to those who have clearer ideas than mine! The products used are also very good
