Crema in giusta quantità, pastosa, morbida, con un bel colore giallo, dolcezza corretta, sufficientemente lucida e, con l inconveniente accettabile, di essere fredda a causa del riempimento al momento. Nella crema, carenti il sapore di zeste e di vaniglia, come anche una piccolissima mancanza di sapidita apportabile con un pò di sale.
