p	paolo carollo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Una pasticceria di stampo tradizionale forse o quasi sicuramente per ciò che la gente del paese richiede....ho avuto il piacere piu e più volte di provare dolci innovativi eseguiti alla perfezione e con una ricerca che non ho incontrato nemmeno in pasticcerie di Schio o Thiene i bignè hanno la crema pasticcera con abbondante vaniglia vera e non schifezze chimiche e quella al cioccolato richiudono una crema ricca di cioccolato e non cremette con cacao simil Nesquik... Le squisitezze di questa pasticceria sono molto curate in tutti i dettagli dagli ingredienti genuini alla lavorazione che rispetta le antiche tradizioni e quindi necessità di tanto lavoro e sacrificio . Il risultato però è ottimo ! La gentilezza e la cordialità dei titolari fa'si che questa pasticceria sia molto apprezzata in tutti i suoi dettagli . La vetrina delle paste e allestita quel giusto che serve per il paese e la richiesta che c'è. Ma credo sia opportuno rivedere completamente le paste..esempio quelle dei bignè che pare mangiare cartone...le creme poi...pesanti! Dopo un pasticcino, devi bere un bicchiere d acqua per farlo scendere. Oggi come oggi le paste devono avere creme leggere e soffici e gli impasti anche. .non cartoni. Credi che sia l'unica pasticceria rimasta al secolo scorso. Aggiornatevi!!! Basta solo scendere a Schio per trovare moooolto ma moooolto meglio. Diranno alcuni abitudinari che saranno pur buoni...ma forse forse perché non sanno che c'è di meglio. I do not discuss the good will of the job, passion and tradition, but the quality is really bad.
