★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bellissima costruzione storica, ti si presenta davanti all'improvviso e ti rapisce con le sue ridotte dimensioni paragonate alla sua funzione importantissima e mi riferisco sia a quando funzioni come Mulino che come Zecca. Le merlature, il piccolo ponte, lo stemma papale, il cunicolo dell'acqua, sono molto suggestivi e sembra proprio di vedere ancora il luogo in attività. Ottimo il restauro conservativo ed i lavori compiuti per ottimizzarne la fruizione.
Beautiful historic building, it suddenly appears in front of you and captivates you with its small size compared to its very important function and I mean both when it functions as a Mill and as a Mint. The battlements, the small bridge, the papal coat of arms, the water tunnel, are very suggestive and it seems you can still see the place in activity. The conservative restoration and the works carried out to optimize its use are excellent.
