 Convenient cheap and comfortable. It is not as demanding as a hotel but it can offer the same services and give you a feeling of home at the same time

Had to cancel the reservation! Through Bucking it was indicated - pay during your stay. No card required. In fact - removed 315 euros. Promised 25 days for a refund! Scammers! Nowhere is it indicated on Bucking!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ B&B veramente pessimo.. Camere piccole e spoglie, il bagno è in comune con altre stanze, la tv alle 23 circa viene spenta e i cancelli chiusi poco dopo quindi si rischia di rimanere bloccati fuori... Sconsigliato
B & B really bad .. Small rooms and bare, the bathroom is shared with other rooms, the TV at about 23 is turned off and the gates closed shortly after then you risk getting stuck out ... Not recommended

Le stanze hanno il bagno condiviso
Clean place, elegant exterior with garden, 80s interior. Breakfast includes only coffee machine and packaged buondì.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bir dairede 3 ayrı oda var. Tuvalet ve banyo ortak kullanıyor. Bir gece kaldık bir sıkıntı yaşamadık. Fakat ayrıldıktan 4-5 saat sonra kahve makinası yok ücretini keseceğiz dediler. Zaten biz girdiğimizde kahve makinası yoktu. Ya gerçekten kayboldu ya da sahtekarlık yapıyorlar extra para kopartmak için
There are 3 separate rooms in an apartment. Toilet and bathroom are shared. We stayed for one night and didn't have any trouble. But they said that after 4-5 hours, the coffee machine will cut the fee. There was no coffee machine when we entered. Either they're really lost or they're doing fraud.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buona la pulizia o ordine delle camere, ma un po' critica l'organizzazione, nessun operatore è presente, le chiavi della camera devi prenderle con un codice, il bagno in comune con altre camere, colazione self service. Qualcosa da rivedere, ma comunque un buon appoggio per la notte anche se un po' caruccio.
Good cleanliness or order of the rooms, but a little critical organization, no operator is present, the room keys you have to take them with a code, the bathroom shared with other rooms, self service breakfast. Something to review, but still a good support for the night even if a little pricey.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's private. And the regular care taker doesn't know English, so call works. There's no reception, only a sort of restaurant kitchen combined. Which is on the way to room 4&5 just in case if you can't find it. But it's descent.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I stayed here 2 nights on a business trip and was quite disappointed. The sheets were not even changed as I found pieces of hair as soon as I opened them, which was just disgusting. The 'breakfast' was a couple of old buns and croissants. The caretaker does not speak a word of english which was extremely inconvenient (sorting my room out took about a good 45 minutes making me late to my meeting).
The stove was not working, the windows did not budge, which kept the room dark and I was unable to get any fresh air. The area is also quite dodgy, with the nearest stop to the Metro (M1 Precotta) about a 10 minute walk. As I knew I would be away from my room for the most part, all I expected was cleanliness and hygiene, nothing fancy. But I was greatly disappointed, would not recommend.
