I waited a while for the answer, but once connected with them they gave me all the explanations leaving me satisfied with all the questions asked.

Causa blocco motore della scopa elettrica (ancora in garanzia), l'ho portato in assistenza, pregandoli di avvisarmi nel caso la riparazione non fosse coperta dalla garanzia. Dopo 10 giorni mi hanno riparato la scopa elettrica SENZA avvisarmi che avrei dovuto pagare, perché hanno ritenuto che il blocco del motore fosse causato dei sacchetti non originali. Non trovo corretto avermi messo davanti al fatto compiuto ed obbligarmi a pagare. I am satisfied with the repair but not with the service received. Due to the motor block of the electric broom (still under warranty), I took it to assistance, asking them to notify me if the repair was not covered by the warranty. After 10 days they repaired my electric broom WITHOUT warning me that I would have to pay, because they felt that the motor block was caused by non-original bags. I do not find it correct to have put myself in front of the fait accompli and oblige me to pay.

E non è così scontato. Sono seri ed affidabili e in 17 anni la fiducia se la sono decisamente guadagnata con interventi puntuali veloci ed efficaci. After many years of experience with many different brands, today I know that I would only buy Miele appliances because the assistance is the best ever. And it is not so obvious. They are serious and reliable and in 17 years they have definitely earned their trust with quick and effective punctual interventions.

I have known Miele assistance for more than twenty years and have passed from the owner to his son and, now, also to the working group. Skills are always excellent. The machine I own, when it has a breakdown, is put back in order as before. And one aspect that I also appreciate is the kindness with which all this is done. Thanks to all of them, from the telephone acceptance to the real technicians!
