Portati dal carro attrezzi per un guasto in autostrada siamo rimasti per ore ed ore in attesa di conoscere l’entita’ del danno.Dopo un giorno intero,con una calma imbarazzante e mancanza totale di professionalità,ci congedano dicendoci che l’auto (forse)non poteva viaggiare. Morale della favola,15 giorni auto ferma da loro e 1000 euro da pagare. Se rimanete fermi vicino Casilina ovest evitateli come la peste!!!...segnalati al custom care Fiat!!! An odyssey !!!!! Taken by the tow truck for a breakdown on the highway we were waiting for hours and hours to know the extent of the damage.After a whole day, with an embarrassing calm and total lack of professionalism, they dismiss us telling us that the car (perhaps ) could not travel. Moral of the story, 15 days car stopped by them and 1000 euros to pay. If you stay still near West Casilina, avoid them like the plague !!! ... report to Fiat custom care !!!

Hanno ascoltato la mia richiesta ed in un paio d'ore mi hanno risolto il problema. Consigliatissima I arrived at this workshop for an emergency to the alternator of my car. I was traveling from Naples to Modena. They listened to my request and in a couple of hours they solved the problem.

Il servizio assistenza ci ha portati qui in quanto ho contattato telefonicamente l'auto officina per verificare se potessero ripararmi l'auto. Dalle 17:00 alle 19:30. Auto riparata. La macchina è rimasta lì per un mese perché non riuscivano a capire quale fosse il problema e, una volta scoperto l'arcano, mi è arrivato un preventivo da 3000 euro. Ho quindi finalmente deciso di fare la cosa più saggia: con un carro attrezzi privato ho portato via la macchina e risolto il problema dal mio meccanico di fiducia a Napoli per 650 euro. A	Antonio De Santis on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Officina autorizzata Fiat e svolge pure soccorso stradale convenzionato, operatori preparati a livello professionale, officina ben attrezzata e fornisce anche il servizio di cambio pneumatici. A mio avviso forse un po costoso come prezzi e manodopera anche se sono professionali ma potrebbero rivedere i prezzi. Fiat authorized workshop and also carries out roadside assistance with agreements, professionally trained operators, well-equipped workshop and also provides tire change service. In my opinion maybe a little expensive as prices and labor even if they are professional but they could revise the prices.
