★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessima esperienza! Maglietta acquistata nuova, non in saldo, su cui è stato scoperto un difetto (filo tirato) appena arrivati a casa. Riportata entro 7gg con lo scontrino, è stata rifiutata la sostituzione insinuando che il difetto fosse stato fatto dal cliente.
La commessa ha esordito con "noi non vendiamo roba difettata, la prossima volta si doveva accorgere quando era ancora in negozio; uscito di qui potrebbe averla danneggiata lei"... non esiste proprio! Una vergogna che rovina la reputazione del marchio Benetton. Mai più in questo negozio! :-(
UPDATE: segnalato il caso alla Benetton via mail, l'ufficio reclami ci ha ricontattati, inviato il capo per analisi, ammesso difetto, restituito il capo + altro di egual valore. Questo si che e' trattare bene il cliente, complimenti Benetton!
 Very bad experience! Shirt purchased new, not on sale, on which a defect was discovered (pulled thread) as soon as I got home. Reported within 7 days with the receipt, the replacement was refused insinuating that the defect had been made by the customer.
The saleswoman started with "we don't sell faulty stuff, the next time we had to notice when she was still in the shop; out of here she could have damaged her" ... she doesn't exist! A shame that ruins the reputation of the Benetton brand. Never again in this store! :-(
UPDATE: case reported to Benetton by e-mail, the complaints office contacted us, sent the head for analysis, admitted defect, returned the head + other of equal value. This is what treat the customer well, congratulations Benetton!
