I prezzi a mio parere sono un po' alti, visto che per cambiare due gomme (usate e meno prestanti di quelle che avevo) ho speso quasi la stessa cifra di quando le avevo comprate nuove da un'altra parte. In generale sono comunque soddisfatto. I needed a tire change by calling the last one, under mid-August, and they changed them for me in an afternoon; so the service is fast. Prices in my opinion are a bit high, given that to change two tires (used and less efficient than I had) I spent almost the same amount as when I bought them new from another part. In general I am still satisfied.

Gli interventi vengono eseguiti rapidamente e a costi assolutamente buoni e sempre preventivati in anticipo (cosa purtroppo non sempre scontata). Il proprietario è molto preciso, ma lo ritengo un pregio: sempre pronto sia a consigliare, sia a far notare quando si sta sbagliando nella manutenzione e nell'utilizzo della propria vettura. Personally I have always found myself very well and I do not agree with the previous negative reviews. The interventions are carried out quickly and at absolutely good costs and always estimated in advance (which unfortunately is not always obvious). The owner is very precise, but I consider it an advantage: always ready to advise and to point out when you are wrong in the maintenance and use of your car.

Sono andato sia per il tagliando che per un paio di riparazioni ma anche per le gomme che dovevo ruotare e allineare. Mi hanno restituito l’auto in sola mezza giornata cosa che in altre officine è impossibile, l’auto va bene quindi posso dire che la riparazione è stata fatta bene. Possono migliorare parecchio, ad esempio fare il lavaggio dell’auto ai clienti prima di restituirla così da convincerli a ritornare più spesso. Chiesi cortesemente se potevano montarmi il ruotino di scorta (pagandoli logicamente). Mi è stato detto che non potevano montarlo, in quanto non era a norma per circolare. Ma stiamo scherzando?.. Un ruotino dato in dotazione dalla casa madre.. Non risulta a norma?.. Tutto questo.. Affinché cedessi al cambio delle 4 gomme...!per fortuna ho sistemato la foratura altrove... mai più.. Sconsiglio vivamente... Mi hanno detto che non si poteva riparare e che era da mettere nuovo, dire che sono dei ladri e ben poco, mi hanno sparato dei prezzi allucinanti, per questioni di urgenza ho dovuto riparare la macchina, uscita dal officina passano tre giorni e si stacca il tubo, ho dovuto chiamare io il caratrezzi per riportargli la macchina, la ragazza che mi ha risposto al telefono maleducata si è permessa anche di alzare il tono di voce, quando il danno era il loro e dovevano provvedere loro a sistemare il tutto, mai più maleducati poco professionali, incompetenti e prezzi che non vi dico, sconsigliatissimooooooo I went to this workshop for a repair.
