★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If I could assign zero stars I would. My Surface Pro had to be substituted and because I need it for work I had to go through a procedure called advanced exchange, by which they send the client a device and place a € hold on their credit card until they receive the defective device. The substitution device they sent was also defective and thus I had to return it. The second substitution device arrived in early December and because I was never sent a return shipping label I started calling them nearly on a daily basis to receive it. Bottom line, a month has passed, I never received a label (despite my two calls per week since receiving the sub device) and I was charged the amount. Noboby seems authorized to send a shipping label for a device that is already part of the return process but for which I don't have the return label (I was told that the one I received with the first sub device was no longer needed it. Now thay are saying I should have kept it to use it to return my defective device). Customer service says they can't issue a second label (or even the first one again), but all they can do is talk to their "superior" and send an email to the tech department who is the only unit authorized to issue such substitution label. In the meantime they themselves complain about the systems they are using. Unbelievable. They say they will call back, and they never do. I wrote the issue on the feedback form for the process, and never heard back. What incompetence. Will evaluate proceeding legally.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Floors 1+ are reserved for offices and partner companies but ground floor is open to public: coffee area, comfy chairs in an open space and free Wi-Fi. Latest products are showcased (although no Surface Studio! Arrgh!) and gaming area provides entertainment.
I've been there for the grand opening and there was a LOT of people, mainly to take selfies with popular (so they say) YouTubers. A week after and with no events scheduled, it's so quiet there it's almost unreal. Guess the locals have to get familiar with the spot first.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Microsoft house is a great place to study, work, read, and in general to hang around for a while. The entrance is free and is open daily (access restricted when special events are held). There is free Wi-Fi, Xbox games, chairs and tables and electricity outlets. The staff is friendly and restroom is clean. The space is quite modern and inviting. I was about to give it four stars because there is no bar/coffee inside, but given that it is free, with a great location and the fact that the lack of bar keeps it from being overcrowded, it absolutely deserved the 5 stars.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What a great idea! This Microsoft office has decided to host a publicly-accessible lobby. Inside, there are refreshments, video games, and a decent amount of seating. Of course, it's also a great place to try out the newest Microsoft technologies.
I do wish more technology companies opened up public lobbies like this.
The architecture of the building is also very neat!
