Portato a riparare un dvd recorder inizio dicembre ho aspettato fino a fine febbraio senza sapere nulla poi mi sono recato da loro e se lo erano "dimenticato" su uno scaffale , avrei potuto aspettare un anno.Del mio apparecchio comunque mi hanno detto molto sbrigativamente che non si poteva riparare senza la minima motivazione tecnica ne' verbale ne' scritta. Non sarà simpatico , ma la prima cosa che ci si chiede e' se l'avranno almeno aperto e provato! Pessima professionalitá e "marketing". Se avete un prodotto LG da riparare se potete portatelo da un altra parte.
PESSIMA experience. Carried to repair a DVD recorder beginning December I waited until the end of February without knowing anything then I went to them and if they had "forgotten" on a shelf, I could have waited a year. However, they told me very hastily that it could not be repaired without the slightest technical motivation in the verbal or written. It will not be nice, but the first thing you ask is if they have at least opened and tried! Bad professionalism and "marketing". If you have an LG product to repair if you can take it to another place.
