★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lo staff é molto preparato, in grado di seguire il neofita o l'atleta anche agonistico. Ambiente per nulla "esaltato", condizione personalmente necessaria. Attrezzatura completa. Insomma ci sono tutte le condizioni per un ottimo allenamento ! Box consigliatissimo !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Durante due settimane di vacanza mi sono allenato in Crossfit Imperia, box che mi sento di consigliare vivamente a tutti, sia chi abbia ambizioni da atleta e voglia competere in questa disciplina (qui si allena il team Pro Caveman che ha ottenuto importanti risultati a livello nazionale) sia chi più semplicemente voglia raggiungere e mantenere un ottimo stato di forma fisica. Questo grazie a tutto lo staff ed in particolare al coach Alessandro, davvero molto preparato ed attento, che porta tutti a dare il massimo sempre con un occhio alla sicurezza nei movimenti. Un ultimo aspetto che voglio sottolineare è il clima di comunità che si respira nel box, ti senti subito parte della “squadra”, grazie alla simpatia delle persone che lo frequentano ed anche ai divertenti Team Workout programmati due volte a settimana.
Giudizio finale: 5 stelle, solo perché non si può dare di più. ???
During two weeks of vacation I trained in Crossfit Imperia, a box that I can strongly recommend to everyone, both those who have the ambitions of an athlete and want to compete in this discipline (here the Pro Caveman team is trained, which has achieved important results at national level ) and those who simply want to reach and maintain an excellent state of physical fitness. This thanks to all the staff and in particular to the coach Alessandro, really very prepared and attentive, which leads everyone to give the maximum always with an eye to safety in the movements. A final aspect that I want to emphasize is the community atmosphere that reigns in the box, you immediately feel part of the "team", thanks to the sympathy of the people who attend it and also to the fun Team Workout scheduled twice a week.
Final judgment: 5 stars, just because you can't give more. ???
