Prima volta corrieri senza calendario e rivista a Natale. Anche non troppo cortesi. Strano. Telefonata in sede con la netta sensazione di qualcuno che vuole tagliare corto . Grazie per il calendario spedito a casa ma ascolto e gentilezza sono un altra cosa. Molto dispiaciuto. For 40 years my parents have served with you. All excellent. Last order and last delivery. A bit of chaos. First time couriers without calendar and magazine at Christmas. Also not too courteous. Strange. Call to the office with the distinct feeling of someone wanting to cut it short. Thanks for the calendar sent home but listening and kindness are another thing. Very sorry.
