P	Peter W. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir waren im Urlaub am Gardasee und hatten Probleme mit unseren Bremsen unseres Freemonds , also habe die Werkstatt angeschrieben per Mail und gleich eine Antwort mit Termin am nächsten Tag, super Beratung und top preis mit sofortiger Reparatur und wir waren 1 Std später wieder unterwegs!!! Kann nur nochmal Danke sagen und ich würde immer wieder hinfahren!!! We were on vacation on Lake Garda and had problems with our brakes our freemonds, so have the workshop by mail and immediately an answer with appointment the next day, great advice and top price with immediate repair and we were 1 hour later on the way !! ! Can only say thank you again and I would go back again and again!

In mezz'ora il camper ci è stato restituito perfettamente funzionante e ci sono stati chiariti i motivi per i quali la spia si era accesa. Essendo il motore in garanzia nulla ci è stato fatto pagare. Professionalità e cortesia. Grazie 1000!!! We arrived at this garage on Friday afternoon with our new Knaus van in which a warning light had turned on inviting an engine check. In half an hour the camper was returned to us in perfect working order and the reasons for which the warning light had turned on were clarified. Since the engine was under warranty, we were not charged. Professionalism and courtesy. Thanks 1000 !!!
R	Rolf Bachmann on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super Werkstatt, hat uns den Urlaub gerettet. Wir hatten mit unserem Fiat-Wohnmobil eine Motorstörung im System, Fahrzeug lief nur noch im Notmodus. Nach Ankunft hat man sich sofort unserem Problem gewidmet, Fehler ausgelesen und auf schnellstem Weg das Ersatzteil beschafft. Nachmittags waren wir schon wieder unterwegs und konnten den Urlaub fortsetzen. Tausend Dank oder wie man sagt "Grazie mille" Great workshop, saved our vacation. We had an engine fault in the system with our Fiat motorhome, the vehicle only ran in emergency mode. Upon arrival, we immediately devoted ourselves to our problem, read out errors and procured the spare part as quickly as possible. In the afternoon we were back on the road and could continue our vacation. Thanks a million or as they say "Grazie mille"

Il primo appuntamento per un controllo mi è stato proposto a distanza di 5 giorni, il che per me non era fattibile visto che la macchina si spegneva di continuo. Uscito dalla reception la macchina non è ripartita e loro non sono stati in grado di aiutarmi nonostante la macchina fosse ferma a due passi dalla loro officina. Sono quindi stato costretto a chiamare un amico per farla ripartire con le pinze. Di certo non è così che si conquista un cliente. I came with a problem with the battery that no longer held a charge despite being relatively new. The first appointment for a check-up was proposed to me after 5 days, which for me was not feasible as the machine turned off constantly. When I left the reception, the car didn't start and they weren't able to help me even though the car was stopped a few steps away from their workshop. I was therefore forced to call a friend to restart it with a grain of salt. This is certainly not how a customer is won.
