Venendo da lontano ho effettuato una videochiamata pre-concordata dove mi è stata spiegata l'autovettura in diretta. Bello e utile anche il canale YouTube "Fantini Auto Video " dove ho avuto la possibilità di vedere "in anteprima" l'auto che ho acquistato. Consigliatissimo!!! Seriousness and professionalism. Very helpful sellers and attentive to customer needs. Coming from afar, I made a pre-agreed video call where the car was explained to me live. The "Fantini Auto Video" YouTube channel is also nice and useful, where I had the opportunity to "preview" the car I bought. Highly recommended !!!

Mi rimandano a tre giorni dopo con varie scuse. Tra cui una che... "domani no perché piove".... Da non credere. Passati 3 gg mi chiamano a poche ore dall appuntamento, adducendo scuse assurde! Cerco l annuncio e l auto era già stata venduta. Se questa è la loro serietà con i clienti forse hanno completamente sbagliato mestiere.... (E LA RISPOSTA DATA NON FA ALTRO CHE CONFERMARE QUANTO RECENSITO) IO NON SONO MAI SPARITO, MA ASPETTAVO L APPUNTAMENTO, IL PRIMO DISPONIBILE, DATO DA VOI. PURE FALSI E BUGIARDI. A questo punto meglio non aver avuto a che fare con persone di questo livello. Saluti. Absolutely to be avoided. Zero seriousness. I find a perfect car as I was looking for it, saying that I go the same day to view it. They send me back to three days later with various excuses. Including one that ... "not tomorrow because it rains" .... Unbelievable. After 3 days they call me a few hours before the appointment, giving absurd excuses! I am looking for the ad and the car has already been sold. If this is their seriousness with customers, perhaps they have completely the wrong job .... (AND THE ANSWER GIVEN DOES NOT MORE THAN CONFIRM WHAT REVIEWED) I'M NEVER GONE, BUT I WAS WAITING FOR THE APPOINTMENT, THE FIRST AVAILABLE, GIVEN BY YOU. ALSO FALSE AND LIES. Allora si susseguono chiamate a vuoto e scuse che non sono sufficienti i soldi per la finanziaria, decido di aumentare allora l’anticipo, mi rispondono che mi richiameranno.. ma da allora dileguti. Quanto meno il coraggio di dirmi che l’auto non è più disponibile per evitarmi una maggiore perdita di tempo. Valutate voi No seriousness, waiting for the outcome of the approval of the loan for the purchase of the car, the car is sold.
