★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Una stella è anche troppa. Avere abiti di brand importanti non equivale ad essere una "boutique" nome con il quale vi qualificate. Ho preso appuntamento tramite "customer care" arrivata in "boutique" vengo lasciata ad aspettare circa 15 minuti, nel momento in cui arriva il commesso mi dice che non c'era alcun tipo di appuntamento con il mio nome. Mostro i messaggi con quanto detto e vengo palesemente per quanto mi riguarda, presa in giro mostrandomi un solo abito per dimostrare in qualche modo di far vedere qualcosa e succesivamenre con alcuna educazione e professionalità, liquidata .
Questo per dire che il nome non fa il negozio o boutique come volete classificarlo, ma è un insieme di fattori, che a mio parere mancano. Bisognerebbe riguardare il piano e i valori su cui dovrebbe basarsi questa attività.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I never write reviews, but I am thoroughly impressed with the service I received when placing an online order. I live in the United States, and the boutique is located in Naples, Italy. When I ordered the shoes I expected them to come in in about 3 weeks, as shipping from Europe typically takes a long time. I received the sneakers 5 days later (including the weekend), so about 3 business days. I will definitely be referring my friends to shop here, and am looking forward to visiting the physical boutique in the future!
