Vado lì da un anno a comprare un particolare tipo di crocchetta piccola x il mio cagnolino di taglia piccola. X andare da lui,da dove vivo,ci metto 30/40 min la sera con il traffico. Pochi giorni fa sono tornata e gli ho chiesto se avesse il sacco più grande perché 1 kg di prodotto mi durava poco. Mi ha venduto il sacco da 4 kg dicendo che le crocchette erano precise identiche. Pago (35€) e quando torno a casa ed apro il sacchetto trovo crocchette grandi che il mio cane non mangia. Chiamo il giorno dopo é trovo la ragazza a cui spiego tutto, mi richiama riportandoli la frase che se le bagno in acqua il cane si abitua. Allora,se io mi faccio la traversata della città e vengo lì da un anno e SAI cosa mangia il mio cane e mi vendi quello che vuoi pur di vendere, allora no.Non sei professionale e se fosse stato onesto mi avrebbe detto vieni qui che te le cambio. Non mi hanno più richiamato e quindi mi sento presa in giro e non ho visto professionalità ma solo voglia di guadagnare soldi. Cliente persa I could do a good review for the great products it holds. However, after the last episode I give a star. I have been going there for a year to buy a particular type of small kibble for my small dog. X to go to him, from where I live, it takes me 30/40 minutes in the evening with traffic. A few days ago I came back and asked him if he had the biggest bag because 1 kg of product didn't last long for me. He sold me the 4 kg bag saying that the kibbles were exactly identical. I call the next day and find the girl to whom I explain everything, she calls me back with the phrase that if I bathe her in water the dog gets used to it. So if I make the crossing of the city and have been coming there for a year and you KNOW what my dog eats and you sell me what you want to sell, then no, you are not professional and if he was honest he would have told me come here that I'll change them. They never called me back and therefore I feel teased and I have not seen professionalism but only desire to earn money. Lost customer
