★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho contattato la sig.ra Michela per make up e acconciatura sposa, mi è stato inviato anche un riepilogo del servizio scelto in cui è riportato "Servizio seguito da Michela Mele". Vengo contattata 1ora prima per rimandare l'appuntamento, per un contrattempo della ragazza che si doveva occupare di me (da premettere che abito a 35-40 minuti da Roma). A questo punto capisco che non si sarebbe occupata di me Michela, ma un'altra persona (forse un'assistente), ma questa cosa non mi era stata MAI specificata!!! Praticamente avevo scelto un servizio, in base a delle foto viste sui social e app, ma arrivata lí avrei trovato un'altra persona... Ed avrei anche dovuto pagare la prova! Mi è stato proposto anche di andare lo stesso, avrebbe effettuato la prova una persona, ma poi il giorno del matrimonio sarebbe venuta un'altra...ovviamente non ho accettato!
 I contacted Ms Michela for bridal make-up and hairstyle, I was also sent a summary of the chosen service which shows "Service followed by Michela Mele". I was contacted 1 hour before to postpone the appointment, due to a mishap of the girl who had to take care of me (it must be said that I live 35-40 minutes from Rome). At this point I understand that Michela would not have taken care of me, but another person (perhaps an assistant), but this thing had NEVER been specified to me !!! Basically I had chosen a service, based on photos seen on social networks and apps, but when I got there I would have found another person ... And I also had to pay for the trial! I was also offered to go anyway, one person would have done the test, but then on the wedding day another would come ... obviously I didn't accept!
