Ho comprato una machina di quasi 3 mille euro da voi a cinisello balsamo..
E funzionato va benissimo per 2 settimane.. e dopo 2 set.. non funziona piu come prima non pulisce piu come prima!!
La aspirazione si ferma ogni 10 secondi dovuto venire qui il technico vostri e cambiato la scheda solo 2 sett e ce la scheda che non funziona piu???e la machina e nuova o comprato nuova..
E poi ce la spazzola che non pulisce bene..ho chiesto se mi potresti cambiare la machina visto che sono un cliente pero adetto di no!
E poi il vostri rappresentanti dice che devo farla venire un perito se voglio rimborsare il soldi che io pagato per la machina perche non sono contento e devo pagare 500 euro per la perito..gia che ho pagato 3 mille per la machina e mi voi fai spendere ancora 500 euro per la perito??
E vabe' oggi venuto il vostri rappresentante e portato un nuova spazzola con trascinatore pensavo che mi da gratis visto che e un problema di machina'r della spazzola..
Pero ha chiesto 40 euro ancora e quando ho chiesto il scontrino mi ha detto che non ce...
E verramente una esperienza bruttissimo da vostri azienda...mai piu

It worked fine for 2 weeks .. and after 2 sets .. it no longer works as before it no longer cleans as before !!
The suction stops every 10 seconds. Your technician had to come here and changed the card only 2 weeks and there is the card that does not work anymore ??? and the machine is new or bought new ..
And then there is the brush that does not clean well .. I asked if you could change the machine since I am a customer but I don't care!
And then your representative says that I have to get an expert to come if I want to refund the money I paid for the car because I'm not happy and I have to pay 500 euros for the expert ... I paid 3 thousand for the car and you make me still spend 500 euros for the expert?
And ok your representative came today and brought a new brush with driver I thought it gives me free since it is a problem of the brush machina'r ..
Pero still asked for 40 euros and when I asked for the receipt he told me that there ...
It is truly a very bad experience from your company ... never again
