Ho chiesto un tagliaunghie per la mia cagnolina e mi sono state vendute un paio di forbici per muso e zampe della Trixie. Il prodotto serve per tagliare il pelo e non le unghie degli animali e quindi al primo utilizzo si sono rotte rischiando anche di ferire la mia cagnolina. Sono immediatamente tornata al negozio per segnalare la vendita errata ma la signora, molto arrogante, ha continuato ad insistere sull'idoneità del prodotto per le unghie. Non ha minimamente accennato a scusarsi per la vendita errata e per l'accaduto, oltretutto ho fatto presente che per me era stato un disagio dover anche tornare al negozio (sono in vacanza con mio fratello disabile e la mia mamma molto anziana) ma la signora, in modo molto maleducato, ha sempre insistito sulla sua posizione. Le ho anche detto che ero tornata per acquistare un prodotto idoneo e per avvisarla di non vendere più le forbici da pelo per le unghie... Ho acquistato il nuovo tagliaunghie solo perché ero impossibilitata a cercare un altro negozio.Nessuno sconto o cortesia Incompetent and rude owner. Unfortunately it was a bad experience. I asked for a nail clipper for my little dog and I was sold a pair of Trixie nose and leg scissors. The product is used to cut the hair and not the nails of the animals and therefore on the first use they broke, risking also to hurt my little dog. I immediately returned to the store to report the wrong sale but the very arrogant lady continued to insist on the suitability of the nail product. He did not even mention to apologize for the wrong sale and for the incident, furthermore I pointed out that for me it was a discomfort to have to go back to the shop (I'm on vacation with my disabled brother and my very old mother) but the lady , in a very rude manner, he always insisted on his position. I also told her that I had come back to buy a suitable product and to tell her not to sell the nail scissors anymore ... I bought the new nail clipper only because I was unable to look for another store. No discount or courtesy
