★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prima giornata di weekend di vacanza a Borgio Verezzi, arrivati a ora di pranzo cerchiamo subito un ristorante in zona. Ci accomodiamo, ed ordiniamo una penna al salmone e un filetto di tonno. La pasta era cotta al punto giusto, ma tolto il fatto che il prezzemolo non ci stava così bene sopra, avrei scritto nel menù che la pasta arrivava condita con la panna, so che la ricetta è così ma meglio specificare perché certi posti non la mettono ed è forse meglio così, dato che era un pochino acida. Quello che non mi è piaciuto molto invece è stato il tonno, ho richiesto io di volerlo abbastanza cotto, ma non così tanto cotto, era quasi immangiabile, in più arrivato (inconcepibile) totalmente a BAGNO nell'olio, per altro di cattiva qualità. Se voglio metterci l'olio sopra ce lo metto io, o piuttosto ne mettete solo un filo ma di olio buono extravergine, non quello dell'eurospin. Sui 40 euro di conto non posso dire molto, in quanto i prezzi dei ristoranti liguri più o meno sono così, ma da altre parti ho speso meno o uguale ed abbiamo mangiato meglio. Non sconsiglio il locale, in quanto il servizio mi è sembrato gentile e perché il menù è vasto e non l'ho provato tutto, ma non è stata una bella esperienza per noi. Avrei voluto mettere 2 stelle ma metto 3, per incitare a migliorare.
First day of the holiday weekend in Borgio Verezzi, when we arrive at lunchtime we immediately look for a restaurant in the area. We sit down and order a pen with salmon and a fillet of tuna. The pasta was cooked to the right point, but apart from the fact that the parsley did not fit so well on it, I would have written in the menu that the pasta arrived seasoned with cream, I know that the recipe is like this but better specify why some places do not put it and it is perhaps better this way, since it was a little bit acidic. What I did not like very much was the tuna, I requested that I want it cooked enough, but not so cooked, it was almost inedible, plus it arrived (inconceivable) totally bathed in oil, otherwise of bad quality. If I want to put the oil on top of it, I'll put it myself, or rather you put only a drizzle of it but of good extra virgin olive oil, not that of Eurospin. I can't say much about the 40 euro bill, as the prices of Ligurian restaurants are more or less like this, but elsewhere I spent less or the same and ate better. I do not recommend the place, as the service seemed kind to me and because the menu is vast and I have not tried it all, but it was not a good experience for us. I wanted to put 2 stars but I put 3, to encourage improvement.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Friendly staff and tasty meals and wines at reasonable price. Interiors could be better, but if you're mostly for the food and atmosphere, this is an excellent place to check. They have both vegetarian and non vegetarian food.
