In via Galermo , accanto e in prossimità della circonvallazione , hanno stimato un quadrivani , in discrete condizioni , per 90 mila ero. Un vero professionista , molto ambito a Catania , ha invece stimato , lo stesso appartamento, centoquaranta mila euro. Alla fine questi ragazzi , non del tutto autonomi ,devono fare conto a chi li dirige dall'alto e facendo pagare un caro "prezzo". Non potranno affermarsi nel settore ,con il loro nome. Tutt'altro fanno crescere gli altri e per giunta non a made in Catania. Alla fine ,un tre vani stesso palazzo , è stato venduto per centodieci mila euro ,il mercato ha dato conferma al prezzo indicato in perizia del professionista , vero , da me interpellato , in via Ventimiglia.
