Ho avuto un problema con la centralina e rivolgendomi direttamente al Signor Sergio , se non erro questo è il suo nome (datomi dal mio rivenditore di Martano) mi risolse brillantemente il problema spedendomi la centralina in questione . Trovo che sia una persona gentile ,educata e professionale . Oggi ho un altro problema con il sensore della pedalata . Ho telefonato , mi ha dato il numero di Whats app e stiamo cercando attraverso le foto di individuare il problema ma sono sicuro che lo risolveremo anche trovandoci a 1000 km di distanza . Mi sono promesso cmq di andarlo a trovare nel suo negozio di bici perchè lo voglio conoscere di persona appena salirò al Nord.
I write from the Province of Lecce. I bought an Oliver Model electric bike 5 years ago. I had a problem with the control unit and by contacting Mr. Sergio directly, if I am not mistaken this is his name (given to me by my dealer in Martano) he brilliantly solved the problem by sending me the control unit in question. I find him a kind, polite and professional person. Today I have another problem with the pedal sensor. I phoned, gave me the number of Whats app and we are looking through the photos to identify the problem but I'm sure we will solve it even if we are 1000 km away. Anyway, I promised myself to visit him in his bike shop because I want to meet him personally as soon as I go up north.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho acquistato una bici MIGI JULY a luglio e da subito mi sono accorta che i freni non funzionavano bene. Portata dal rivenditore mi ha assicurato che ‘andavano’. Ieri quasi mi ammazzo sulla rampa i freni hanno mollato del tt. Chiamo MIGI per assistenza econ arroganza mi dice che nn possono fare niente che devo vedermela col rivenditore nonostante sia un evidente difetto di fabbrica. Detto questo la bici è scarsa sotto tutto i punti di vista. Soldi buttati.
