 The best cycling shop in the Varese area. Luigi is a former professional cyclist capable of transmitting all his passion in his shop. Honest and always friendly, I always rely on him for repairs and advice on the maintenance of my racing bike. Truly a reference point for fans. Highly recommended!

Kurz vor der Mittagspause suchte man fieberhaft nach einem Ersatzteil und montierte dieses zu unserer Überraschung innerhalb von 10 Minuten direkt am Rad. Ein wahnsinnig nettes und kompetentes Team erwartet euch in diesem Radladen, wir empfehlen diesen wärmstens weiter. ???
We urgently needed a chain derailleur as it was irreparably damaged on the tour. Shortly before the lunch break, they were feverishly looking for a spare part and, to our surprise, installed it directly on the bike within 10 minutes. An incredibly nice and competent team awaits you in this bike shop, we highly recommend it. ???

I brought them an XC MTB for overhaul and bleeding of the disc brakes. The work was done quickly and decently, and the price was more than competitive. Highly recommended!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dopo 5000km e qualche rumorino su consiglio dei miei compagni di team ho portato la mia canyon per una revisione dal signor Botteon (persona cordiale). Scelta super azzeccata. Spurgo, cambio catena e pastiglie freni, regolazione cambio e serie sterzo e il giorno dopo ho avuto la mia bici in mano, il tutto ad un prezzo onesto. Esperienza positiva, lo consiglio sicuramente.
After 5000km and some noise on the advice of my teammates I took my canyon for a review by Mr. Botteon (friendly person). Super good choice. Bleeding, changing the chain and brake pads, adjusting the gearbox and headset and the next day I had my bike in hand, all at a fair price. Positive experience, definitely recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ PESSIMO. si è approfittato di mia madre svolgendo i lavori a metà.
aveva gomme e freni da controllare e sostituire la dove ce ne fosse stato bisogno, ha cambiato la camera d'aria,
però poi ha gonfiato per 3/4 le ruote che risultano mezze sgonfie.
quanto riguarda ai freni gli scambierei volenteri con quelli del suo mezzo per vedere se poi avrebbe il coraggio di andarci in giro.
appena ho visto la bici a casa ho notato subito i problemi e ho chimato per informarmi sui lavori che erano stati svolti.
morale della favola: mi ha dato dell' incompetente, mandato a quel paese e ha attaccato ogni volta che l'ho richiamato.
direi che non è per nulla professionale e il suo pessimo comportamento deplorevole e la bici che non è ancora utilizzabile ne sono da prova.
a casa mia comportarsi così è da truffatori.

as soon as I saw the bike at home, I immediately noticed the problems and called to inquire about the work that had been carried out.
moral of the story: he called me incompetent, sent to that country and attacked every time I called him back.
I would say that it is not professional at all and its deplorable bad behavior and the bike that is not yet usable are proof of this.
to behave like this in my house is like scammers.
