Mi hanno ricontattato la mattina dell'appuntamento per conferma appuntamento e indirizzo e non si sono presentati. Quando dopo un'ora ho chiamato per chiedere che fine avessero fatto, hanno detto che l'appuntamento era presso il loro punto vendita.
I had asked for an online quote. I was contacted to arrange for inspection appointment. They contacted me on the morning of the appointment to confirm the appointment and address and did not show up. When after an hour I called to ask what happened to them, they said the appointment was at their store.
