★ ★ ★ ★ ★ È da sogno...ho scelto il mio abito da sposa grazie a Tanya, persona gentilissima, disponibile e paziente..dopo averle descritto il modello che preferivo, lei aveva già individuato un abito quasi identico a quello di una foto che avevo salvato nei giorni scorsi sul telefono...lo abbiamo provato per secondo e in cuor mio volevo già fermarmi con le prove degli altri abiti..abbiamo continuato solo per riprovarlo alla fine e sentire dentro quella bellissima emozione che ti dice: " Si, è lui!!!"

Appena entrai nell'atelier mi fu chiesto quanto volessi spendere e che potevo anche andarmene dato che non c'erano vestiti sui 1200 euro. Poi, quando hanno visto che anche mio marito era intenzionato a comprare il vestito da loro, hanno cambiato idea. La ragazza che mi ha seguito era piuttosto antipatica, non ricordo neanche il nome. Ci sono molti altri atelier dove trovi gentilezza e cortesia. Non lo consiglio.
I bought my wedding dress and had a bad experience. As soon as I entered the atelier I was asked how much I wanted to spend and that I could also leave as there were no clothes on 1200 euros. Then, when they saw that my husband also wanted to buy the dress from them, they changed their mind. The girl who followed me was pretty nasty, I don't even remember her name. There are many other ateliers where you can find kindness and courtesy. I don't recommend it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho scelto Idea Sposa ad occhi chiusi, le mie sorelle avevano acquistato i loro abito da sposa presso Idea Sposa, entrambe estremamente soddisfatte, non potevo non fare anche io la stessa scelta. è impossibile non trovare l'abito dei sogni, ci sono un'infinita di modelli e topologie, una scelta vastissima. Personale competente , gentile, professionale, ti aiuta e guida nella scelta e nelle diverse prove. Infatti io già dopo aver indossato 2 abiti, avevo trovato il mio. Mi sono sentita bella e a mio agio, era come lo avevo immaginato e non me lo sono più tolta dalla testa. Ho fatto le diverse prove per raggiungere il risultato finale e sono stata felice della scelta fatta, anzi, non potevo scegliere di melio. Sono stata talmente soddisfatta della mia esperienza, che ho consigliato l'atelier anche a mio marito. Anche lui ha scelto il suo abito e ha avuto lo stesso riscontro positivo. Assolutamente consigliati, per la qualità degli abiti, per la professionalità di tutti lo staff. Idea sposa è sempre una garanzia!
