★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Avevo bisogno del recupero animali selvatici. Ore ed ore di attesa per non ricevere risposta, tutti gli enti mi indirizzavano al servizio della polizia provinciale senza che questa però facesse niente. Come risultato, l'animale che avevo recuperato è deceduto. Vergognosi.
I needed wild animal recovery. Hours and hours of waiting in order not to receive an answer, all the entities directed me to the service of the provincial police without this however doing anything. As a result, the animal I had recovered died. Shameful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Chiami per avere delucidazioni, ti dicono cosa fare per il pagamento del verbale e mesi dopo scopri che ti hanno detto una cosa errata perché ti arriva un altro verbale a cui non puoi fare ricorso (dovendo ovviamente pagare una cifra maggiore di quanto avresti pagato il primo con maggiorazione). Complimenti proprio.
You call for clarification, they tell you what to do for the payment of the report and months later you discover that they have told you something wrong because you get another report that you cannot use (obviously having to pay a higher amount than you would have paid the first with surcharge). Congratulations indeed.
