Les français n'ont pas l'air d' être les biens venus dans cet établissement. Pourtant déjà cliente pour une autre affaire il y a quelques années, les choses ont bien changées depuis.... il faudrait briefer votre personnel et leur apprendre à être agréable et à parler gentiment.

The French do not seem to be welcome in this establishment. Yet already a client for another business a few years ago, things have changed a lot since then... you should brief your staff and teach them to be pleasant and to speak nicely.
