ma la delusione maggiore nasce dal fatto che selezionano clienti di serie A e di serie B e, se per qualche motivo ti collocano nella seconda categoria vieni trattato peggio della 3^ classe nei modi ...
che rabbia! mai più! sconsigliatissimo!
P.S. la riparazione l'ho fatta fare ovviamente ad altro molto più educato

La risposta al sig. Ottaviano, ribadendo che la manutenzione alla fotocopiatrice l'ho fatta fare ad altro più educato (si proprio così. La macchina l'ho ripresa da Voi e l'ho scaricata al primo centro chiedendo la manutenzione senza pattuire prezzo) e non ho scritto "più economico" come invece interpreta il titolare ovviamente sapendo lui stesso che mi ha preventivato un costo oltre la media.
E ci tengo a precisare che non é il costo che mi avete chiesto che mi ha fatto imbufalire ma le altre cose di cui voi sapete.
Vi siete dimostrati arroganti e presuntuosi. Ho perso tempo e guadagnato solo rabbia. Ma una volta ripresa la fotocopiatrice che senso di liberazione !!
Io posterò la foto della fattura della riparazione a condizione però che postiate prima voi la foto del vs preventivo di 350,00 € + iva.
Ops! Il preventivo si! Quello di cui telefonicamente, il tecnico prima, ed il titolare dopo mi parlavano che aveva davanti ma, come riferitomi dalla sig.ra alla ricezione in ultimo, era ancora da rimettere nero su bianco.
Lasciamo perdere va!!!
La cosa che forse doveva fare quando ho chiesto di poter riferire col titolare era quella di limitarsi a porgere delle poche e semplici parole di scuse.
Forse per voi è troppo.
E con questo ed in attesa del vs preventivo di 350 € +iva per non so ancora cosa chiudo definitivamente.

but the biggest disappointment arises from the fact that they select customers of series A and series B and, if for some reason they place you in the second category you are treated worse than the 3rd class in the ways ...

I took the machine from you and I unloaded it at the first center asking for maintenance without agreeing a price) and I didn't write " cheaper "as the owner obviously interprets, knowing he himself has budgeted me an above average cost.
And I want to clarify that it is not the cost that you asked me that made me imbufalire but the other things you know.
You have proved arrogant and presumptuous. I wasted time and only gained anger. But once the copier is back, what a sense of liberation!
I will post the photo of the repair invoice on condition that you post the photo of your estimate of € 350.00 + VAT first.
Ooops! The quote yes! What of which by telephone, the technician before, and the owner after, spoke to me that he had in front of him but, as reported to me by the reception at the end, it was still to be left in black and white.
