★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessimo servizio. Prezzi assurdi, ho trovato gli stessi prodotti a molto meno. Personale poco cordiale. Signora con caschetto addetta al computer totalmente esaurita e maleducata. Per non parlare dell'odore di sudore quando si avvicina. Esperienza da dimenticare.
Bad service. Absurd prices, I found the same products for much less. Unfriendly staff. Lady with helmet attached to the computer totally exhausted and rude. Not to mention the smell of sweat when approaching. Experience to forget.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Leader di zona nei materiali per l'edilizia, fornitissimo, ma non concorrenziale con i prezzi, davvero sovrastimati. Personale a banco non adatto al servizio con il pubblico, distante e spesso con aria di sufficenza. Va meglio in magazzino dove fanno il vero lavoro. C'è (o c'era una volta) un ragazzo straniero davvero gentile e competente. Non è un esempio di team omogeneo. Fossi il propetario farei parecchi cambiamenti.
Area leader in building materials, well stocked, but not competitive with prices, really overestimated. Counter staff unsuitable for serving the public, distant and often with an air of sufficient. It goes best in the warehouse where they do the real work. There is (or once was) a really nice and knowledgeable foreign boy. It is not an example of a homogeneous team. If I were the owner I would make several changes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mai più. La signora che è all'ingresso del computer con il caschetto è di un'arroganza e maleducazione mai viste in vita mia. Mi ha mortificato e trattato malissimo di fronte a tutti. Ma come si può trattare un cliente in questo modo? Io ho semplicemente fatto due domande che non essendo del mestiere non potevo sapere. Ho poi trovato altrove a meno prezzo quello che avrei dovuto prendere da loro e anche il trasporto a metà prezzo. Non ci tornerò più e sconsigliero' chiunque. Per la signora: ma l'educazione non gliel'hanno proprio insegnata i suoi genitori?
Never again. The lady who is at the computer entrance with the helmet is of an arrogance and rudeness never seen in my life. He mortified me and treated me badly in front of everyone. But how can a customer be treated this way? I simply asked two questions that I could not know because I was not a professional. I then found elsewhere for less than what I should have taken from them and also half-price transportation. I will never go back and advise anyone. For the lady: didn't her parents teach her education?
