A tutt'oggi posso dichiararmi soddisfatta e raccomando volentieri la Ditta Metal Florence per analoghi o altri lavori.

 I ordered in February 2020 and had 3 combined "Dual All" (shutters + grates) installed. The installation work was carried out within the established times and carefully executed. To this day I can declare myself satisfied and I gladly recommend the Metal Florence firm for similar or other works.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Consiglio Metal Florence perché oltre ad avere degli ottimi prodotti, sono molto professionali e seri. Dal primo contatto fino alla fine della fornitura sono stati presenti ed attenti ad ogni nostra richiesta.
Hanno sempre rispettato i tempi ed inoltre la messa in posa delle porte e degli infissi è stata rapida e pulita.
Sto sostituendo tutti gli infissi di casa mia un po' alla volta, ed ogni volta non ho avuto dubbi di rivolgermi sempre a loro.

Ho conosciuto questa ditta tramite vicini di casa che avevano fatto installare dei serramenti, ne avevano parlato bene e quindi mi sono rivolto a Metal Florence per un ordine di due porte-finestra. Il preventivo era chiaro e conveniente, il colloquio con il tecnico è stato esauriente e convincente e quindi ho effettuato l'ordine. I tempi di consegna sono stati rispettati: Montaggio veloce, pulito e accurato. Il materiale di qualità e piacevole a vedersi. Poiché questa esperienza era stata positiva, altre due finestre a casa di mia suocera, a queste ne sono seguite altre a completare la sostituzione dei vecchi infissi dell'appartamento. Una delle mie figlie ha pensato bene di fare la sostituzione di tutti gli infissi del proprio appartamento e ha pure fatto mettere una porta blindata. Per non farci mancare proprio nulla, a casa mia ho installare la terza porta-finestra. A questo punto anche l'altra mia figlia, nel proprio appartamento, ha sostituito tutti i vecchi infissi. Ho perso il conto di quanti infissi ha fornito Metal Florence .....
Quality and courtesy. I got to know this company through neighbors who had had windows installed, they had spoken well of it and so I turned to Metal Florence for an order for two French windows. The quote was clear and convenient, the interview with the technician was exhaustive and convincing and so I placed the order. Delivery times were respected: Fast, clean and accurate assembly. The quality material is pleasing to the eye. Since this experience had been positive, two more windows in my mother-in-law's house, these were followed by others to complete the replacement of the old fixtures in the apartment. One of my daughters has seen fit to replace all the fixtures in her apartment and has also put in a security door. In order not to miss anything, in my house I have installed the third French door. At this point my other daughter, in her own apartment, has also replaced all the old fixtures. I have lost count of how many fixtures Metal Florence has provided .....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I manufatti e i materiali si sono rivelati eccellenti, sottoposti da tutta la famiglia a mesi di manovre. Il colore si adatta benissimo al contesto condominiale e all'arredamento. Siamo ancora senza tende, dato che ci dispiacerebbe nascondere infissi così eleganti.
La competenza dei tecnici in sede di scelta dei componenti ci ha consentito di selezionare i prodotti più idonei.
Gli installatori si sono rivelate persone di grande esperienza, gentilezza e puntualità. Hanno risolto tutti gli inevitabili problemi emersi in fase di installazione e hanno completato il lavoro nei tempi previsti, pur con tutte le difficoltà legate alla pandemia in atto. Assolutamente da consigliare.
The artifacts and materials proved to be excellent, subjected by the whole family to months of maneuvering. The color adapts very well to the condominium context and to the furnishings. We are still without curtains, as we would hate to hide such elegant fixtures.
The competence of the technicians in the choice of components has allowed us to select the most suitable products.
The installers turned out to be people of great experience, kindness and punctuality. They solved all the inevitable problems that emerged during the installation phase and completed the work on schedule, despite all the difficulties related to the pandemic in progress. Absolutely to be recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi sono servito di MetalFlorence per alcune porte da interni (se li avessi conosciuti prima lo avrei fatto probabilmente per molte altre cose, avendo un appartamento in completa ristrutturazione). Porte di design, in vetro, molto alte ed ampie, quindi un po fuori dal comune, non facili da trovare, da maneggiare, trasportare ed installare. Metalflorence ha espresso grande professionalità sin dal momento della consulenza nel loro negozio di Via Bellariva. Ottimi consigli sui materiali, sui colori, grande disponibilità ed orientamento al cliente. Molta precisione sui tempi di consegna, chiari fin da subito. Equilibrati nei prezzi. Ma soprattutto quello che mi ha lasciato davvero entusiasta è stata l'ottima organizzazione dell'azienda. A valle delle mie richieste con le ragazze in negozio, sono stati organizzati sopralluoghi con chi si occupa della gestione delle installazioni, rilievo preciso delle misure e scrupolosa definizione dei dettagli sulle predisposizioni che avrei dovuto far trovare per una migliore installazione. Ottima la gestione dell'ordine, chiare istruzioni sulla fatturazione e sui pagamenti ai fini del recupero degli sgravi fiscali. Trattandosi di un cantiere in ristrutturazione per il nostro appartamento, hanno organizzato l'installazione in coordinamento con altre ditte, con grandissima precisione di esecuzione. Il risultato finale è di grandissima soddisfazione. BRAVO TEAM della METALFLORENCE!!!
I used MetalFlorence for some interior doors (if I had known them before I would have probably done so for many other things, having an apartment undergoing complete renovation). Design doors, in glass, very high and wide, therefore a little out of the ordinary, not easy to find, to handle, to transport and to install. Metalflorence has expressed great professionalism right from the moment of consulting in their shop in Via Bellariva. Excellent advice on materials, colors, great availability and customer orientation. A lot of precision on delivery times, clear right away. Balanced in prices. But above all, what left me really enthusiastic was the excellent organization of the company. Following my requests with the girls in the shop, inspections were organized with those who manage the installations, precise measurements and scrupulous definition of the details on the arrangements that I should have found for a better installation. Excellent order management, clear instructions on billing and payments for the purpose of recovering tax relief. As this is a construction site undergoing renovation for our apartment, they organized the installation in coordination with other companies, with great precision of execution. The final result is of great satisfaction. BRAVO TEAM from METALFLORENCE !!!

Dopo qualche ricerca ho deciso di affidare il lavoro a loro in quanto la consulenza in negozio è stata assolutamente eccezionale e soprattutto professionale. Praticamente mi hanno fornito tutto: Porta blindata, infissi, porte da interni, zanzariere e portone per il garage. Un lavoro impeccabile! I materiali sono ottimi, di alta qualità e anche esteticamente bellissimi. Quando il tecnico è venuto a prendere le misure è stato molto preciso e chiaro riguardo anche al corretto funzionamento di tutti i prodotti. Complimenti anche ai montatori, puntuali, gentili e molto precisi tant’è che una volta svolto il lavoro hanno ripulito tutto in modo scrupoloso. Non potevo fare scelta migliore. Assolutamente consigliato e continuate così. Bravi!
I met the Metal Florence company through friends who had served them. After some research I decided to entrust the work to them as the consultancy in the shop was absolutely exceptional and above all professional. They basically provided me with everything: Security door, fixtures, interior doors, mosquito nets and garage door. A flawless job! The materials are excellent, of high quality and also aesthetically beautiful. When the technician came to take the measurements he was very precise and clear about the correct functioning of all the products.
