Tutto questo senza nessuna chiamata perchè nessuno oggi è arrivato nella mia zona e non è giusto mettere nel tracking cose non vere. Sicuramente non acquisterò piú da chi consegna con GLS.
 Terrible! A package was supposed to arrive today and I find the cash on delivery amount not available in the tracking. Waiting for communications from the sender. All this without any calls because no one has arrived in my area today and it is not right to put untrue things in the tracking. I will certainly no longer buy from those who deliver with GLS.

Ma quando mai îl pacco e fermo a filiale GLS di Messina, quando doveva essere mandato a filiale GLS di Milazzo. Abito a toregrotta provincia di Messina. Non a Messina. O telefonato al coriere ni almeno non risponde al telefono. E una vergogni a che i coriere non portano i pachi al domiciliu e anche scrive che un tentativo e stato fato ma quando mai, eu sono acasa e non e arrivato nesun coriere ,Vergognatevi

O dichiarano che non vi è nessuno in casa mentre non è così, o si tengono il pacco in filiale costringendo te ad andare a prenderlo!
Il servizio è da zero come il vostro servizio clienti telefonico è completamente inesistente.

as soon as I read that the delivery has to be done by them there are always problems!
Either they declare that there is no one at home while they are not, or they keep the package in the branch forcing you to go and get it!
The service is from scratch as your telephone customer service is completely non-existent.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ È la terza spedizione che non ricevo a casa. Ogni volta trovo il classico messaggio con scritto "Consegna non riuscita, destinatario assente" anche se io sono sempre in casa. Arrivo in sede e mi dicono che i dati non sono inseriti in modo corretto anche se è tutto complicato alla perfezione. Do 1 stella perché non posso mettere un punteggio negativo e spero che in futuro non dovrò andare più una spedizione da voi. Serietà zero.
This is the third shipment I don't get at home. Every time I find the classic message that says "Delivery failed, recipient absent" even though I'm always at home. I arrive at the office and they tell me that the data are not entered correctly even if everything is perfectly complicated. I give 1 star because I can not put a negative rating and I hope that in the future I will not have to go a shipment from you anymore. Zero seriousness.

I tried to contact them by phone , and mail but they don't respond. Then, I went to this place to take my package (there was no solution for me), and I was shocked when I found the parcel opened and one article is missing.
The WORST COURIER EVER.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The service is terrible. They are thieves and liars. They had stolen an article and they claimed that the sender had sent the parcel opened. Besides, they had not come to the residence and they wrote that I was not there. So, I was obliged to go to the headquarter. However, it was not my option to receive my parcel by this company and it will not be never my choice.
