★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il personale professionale e il servizio buono. Le tre stelle sono dovute non al fatto che non mi sia trovato bene ma al fatto che il posto è un po' fuori mano. Se fosse stato al centro città avrei dato 5 stelle. La busta che dovevo consegnare è arrivata nei tempi giusti. Un po' caro il prezzo che ho pagato. Per l'assicurare la busta o il pacco bisogna pagare un sovrapprezzo.
Professional staff and good service. The three stars are due not to the fact that I didn't like it but to the fact that the place is a bit out of the way. If it had been in the city center I would have given it 5 stars. The envelope I had to deliver arrived at the right time. A little expensive for the price I paid. To insure the envelope or package, you have to pay a surcharge.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Paghi una spedizione e non la consegnano a casa, ma dicono di non aver trovato nessuno, inoltre ti dicono di ritirare in fantomatici punti di ritiro inesistenti. Se vuoi chiamare al numero a pagamento, ti spillano solo soldi e non concludi nulla. Il peggior corriere mai visto, alla larga da dhl!
You pay for a shipment and they don't deliver it to your home, but they say they haven't found anyone, and they also tell you to collect from non-existent collection points. If you want to call the toll number, they only draw money from you and you don't get anything done. Worst courier ever, stay away from dhl!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ non sanno mai trovare l'indirizzo e non chiamano. paghi per la spedizione e poi andare te stesso a ritiralo. dopo 10 minuti, aspettando al tel. vedi che la chiamate ha un costo di 0,50 al minuto! vergogna
they never know how to find the address and they don't call. you pay for the shipping and then go and collect it yourself. after 10 minutes, waiting on tel. you see that the call has a cost of 0.50 per minute! shame

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dopo una PESSIMA esperienza con BRT trovare un corriere che ti manda il messaggio prima della consegna del pacco, ti manda il link per eventualmente modificare il giorno e se vede che hai problemi sul sito ti chiama immediatamente per sapere se sia tutto ok... beh che dire!!! Finalmente un po' di professionalità anche al sud! Complimenti.
After a BAD experience with BRT find a courier who sends you the message before the package is delivered, sends you the link to possibly change the day and if he sees that you have problems on the site he calls you immediately to find out if everything is ok ... well what to say!!!
