★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Problemi già dall'installazione della mia Mescoli Gaselle-eco (elettroventola guasta, cortesemente sostituita a carico dell'azienda); già dal primo inverno blocco del funzionamento a pellet, NON risolto con intervento del centro assistenza, della cui uscita l'azienda NON si è fatta economicamente carico. Il problema tuttora persiste. Credo che i prodotti vadano testati con maggiore attenzione. Pessima figura dell'azienda soprattutto nei confronti del padre del sottoscritto, installatore con oltre 40 anni di esperienza nel settore.
Problems already from the installation of my Gaselle-eco mixes (electric fan faulty, kindly replaced by the company); already from the first winter, blockage of pellet operation, NOT solved with the intervention of the assistance center, of which the company has NOT been economically charged. The problem still persists. I believe that the products need to be tested more carefully. Bad figure of the company especially towards the father of the undersigned, an installer with over 40 years of experience in the sector.
