Successivamente mi è stato riferito che è vivamente sconsigliato anche da centri autorizzati che hanno fatto assistenza su prodotti da loro installati. A	Andrea on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Probabilmente avevo aspettative di qualità e competenza troppo elevate e l'aspettativa di essere trattato con più gentilezza e cortesia. Riporto solo alcune foto e fatti per lasciar giudicare al lettore se sono troppo esigente o se lenmie aspettative sui lavori eseguiti fossero legittime. Ho dovuto rompere un muro per riparare una perdita all'aria condizionata. Ma la perdita era dovuta agli scarichi che erano stati occlusi in fase costruttiva. Un settore del riscaldamento a pavimento collegato sotto il termostato ambiente sbagliato. Impianto di circolazione forzata dell'aria della Zehnder mai collaudato (con timbro e firma su libretto) e mai bilanciato. Impianto elettrico fotovoltaico sul tutto esposto alle intemperie cablato con dei connettori non stagni (mi hanno confermato che per loro è fatto bene così). Inverter mai collaudato. Fili elettrici in tombino interrato pieno d'acqua "isolati" con connettori non stagni. (mi hanno confermato che per loro è fatto bene così). Segnalo anche che insieme alla dichiaraziine CE non mi è stato rilasciato alcuno schema elettrico, se non la cartina della casa con indicata solo la posizione degli interruttori e punti luce e prese. Mi aspettavo un minimo di schema di impianto elettrico. E tanto tanto altro.... Mi sono trovato malissimo. Non lo consiglierei a nessuno. I report only some photos and facts to let the reader judge whether they are too demanding or if their expectations on the work performed were legitimate. I had to break a wall to repair an air conditioning leak. But the loss was due to the discharges that had been occluded in the construction phase. A sector of underfloor heating connected under the wrong room thermostat. Zehnder's forced air circulation system never tested (with stamp and signature on booklet) and never balanced. Photovoltaic electrical system on the whole exposed to the weather wired with non-watertight connectors (they confirmed that it is well done for them). Never tested inverter. Electric wires in underground manhole full of "isolated" water with non-watertight connectors. (they confirmed to me that this is good for them). I also point out that, together with the EC declaration, no wiring diagram has been released, except the map of the house with only the position of the switches and points of light and sockets indicated. I expected a minimum of electrical system scheme. And much more ... I felt terrible. I would not recommend it to anyone.
