La casa è molto accogliente e calda soprattutto in questi mesi freddi, grazie al riscaldamento presente nella casa. Posizione strategica in pieno centro. Proprietario disponibile e molto alla mano. Consiglio vivamente questo appartamento. Apartment equipped with all possible and imaginable comforts. The house is very welcoming and warm especially in these cold months, thanks to the heating present in the house. Strategic position in the center. Owner available and very approachable. I highly recommend this apartment.

Pessima permanenza. 2 Mesi da incubo (Ottobre e Novembre 2020). Non metto zero stelle perchè non si può, ma non merita nemmeno 1 stella. Ha pochissimi punti forti, ovvero in pieno centro e appartamento ben ristrutturato. Fine. Stop. Non aspettatevi altro. Per il resto non esiste il SOLE all'interno dell'appartamento. Zona chiassosa dai lavori artigianali nei pressi, e dal fatto che non è nemmeno al prima piano, ma è un ammezzato, con scala interna di ingresso sempre sporca, appartamento con luminosità sempre cupa e freddo pazzesco a causa del mancato riscaldamento del SOLE che (ripeto) non batte mai in nessuna delle 24 ore giornaliere. Vicini di casa che non ti fanno dormire la notte e gli artigiani che ti svegliano la mattina presto a colpi di martellate. Mobili ed arredamento minimal da supermercato per intenderci. Camera da letto stretta, cameretta formato ripostiglio cucina invivibile. Per un week end è ottimo (ovvero a casa teoricamente non ci sei mai) se più di 3 giorni è un vero incubo. Lo consiglio ai peggior nemici. THIS REVIEW IS REFERRED TO CIVIC N. 7 OF VICOLO MESCHITA, Mezzanine. IF SOMEONE CAN HELP TO PUBLISH IT IN THE RIGHT PLACE, I AM GRATEFUL. Bad stay. 2 Nightmare Months (October and November 2020). I don't put zero stars because you can't, but it doesn't even deserve 1 star. It has very few strong points, namely in the center and well renovated apartment. End. Stop. Don't expect anything else. For the rest there is no SUN inside the apartment. Noisy area with artisan works nearby, and the fact that it is not even on the first floor, but it is a mezzanine, with an internal entrance staircase that is always dirty, an apartment with always dark brightness and crazy cold due to the lack of heating of the SUN which (I repeat ) never beats in any of the 24 hours a day. Neighbors who don't let you sleep at night and artisans who wake you up early in the morning with hammer blows. Minimal supermarket furniture and furnishings so to speak. Narrow bedroom, bedroom closet format kitchen unlivable. For a weekend it's great (or theoretically you're never home) if more than 3 days is a real nightmare. I recommend it to the worst enemies.
