β β β β β Clean room, nice staff, location is near the train station overall the hotel is highly recommendable.
Facing the pier, they have their own restuarant, bar and pizza place.
Photos uploaded are interior and exterior views of the whole place.

β β β β β Great seaside resort hotel near the pier so good location to stop over if on the late arriving ferry as I did.
Cute rooms with nespresso machine which is welcome in the morning.
Breakfast is simple with plentiful options.

β β β β β Well, the decor in the place was very dated, like going to Spain back in the 80's. The staff were very polite and friendly and helped where they could. I was missing one of my bags, the hotel's supply of wash kit was just a bar of soap and shower gel in the bathroom, I asked if they could help with deodorant, toothpaste and toothbrush, but they didn't.
Rooms were sparce and the showers needed a good clean and maybe modernising, no definitely needed modernising.
We were there in isolation before joining a ship, the food was generally bland but just enough to keep us going.
Views from the room were great, there was a little balcony to sit at but it was tiny.

β β β β β it could be a very good hotel if they would invest in their renovations and maintenance...the bathrooms and most of the buildings are far beyond their best years...the breakfast is typical italian a lot of sweets, ham, cheese and thats it...also the staff we met wasnt really friendly. I used a few of my accor points so it wasnt too bad, but for the normal price it would be a joke...the location is really lovely, so with a few updates it could find its way to former glory.

β β β β β I was there one night. They gave me a room uncleaned from previous guest ( they forgot to clean it) I got new room then. The room and the building in general are old, dirty and not renewed, without any maintenance (only wall painted here and there) .
Restaurant personnell inadequate: the restaurant manager was humiliating several time a poor girl waiter in front of me, while I was waiting to get my table for dinner...really unpleasant to see. I had to stop him!!!! .
At the buffet, I asked the waiter what sauce was on the bread... she answered me with arrogant tone "I do not know!!! You take it and if you do not like, trough it away ...".
Corridor and room are very dirty, balcony fatiscent with dirty towels and linen left all day in the alleyway. See pictures to get an idea...
The only good thing was the courtesy at the reception desk and the view from the room balcony.
Never anymore. It is a shame, because the location would have lot of potentials

β β β β β My arrival and departure was in the dark and have not seen the surroundings nor the outside of the hotel building. I arrived in an all electric vehicle and wanted to charge the batteries during the night. There are no charging points at this hotel. In the very near future the number of electric cars will only rise and it will be a decider to stay at your hotel or not. If I had known there were no charging points, I would have stayed at another hotel where charging points are available. Upgrade you amenities with car charging points and advertise this at Accor and other hotel booking platforms. It will draw in additional guests!
