★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Air conditioning didn't work at all. Reported the problem immediately and was repeatedly told it will be fixed and not to worry. It took 2 nights to finally be moved to a room which had working air conditioning. Was expected to have all items out of the old room to make way for the old room by 9am to allow the technician to work on the air conditioning. I suspect it was actually to make it available to the next sucker! Bed was uncomfortable with only one thin pillow. I would expect much more from a Hostel.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The surrounding of the hotel is beautiful and you can find a very good restaurant nearby.
The hotel Alfredo itself was okay. The rooms are clean and quite big. Breakfast is okay. The matress was extremely soft so it is not the best option if you have back problems (or want to avoid them). Unfortunately I could smell the sewers in my room. Most of the furnishings and also the rest of the establishment seem to be rather old and in need of some renovation. My shower had black spots.
