★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho chiamato per avere delle informazioni sul costo e tempi per una manutenzione ordinaria del cambio automatico,la risposta è stata circa 2/3 giorni e circa 400/500euro. Quando ho chiesto quale lavorazione veniva effettuata e di sapere la cifra da spendere con un po più di precisione mi è stato detto che sarei stato ricontattato,ad oggi non ho avuto notizia.
I called to get information on the cost and time for ordinary maintenance of the automatic gearbox, the answer was about 2/3 days and about 400 / 500euro. When I asked what processing was carried out and to know the amount to spend with a little more precision, I was told that I would be contacted, to date I have not received any news.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esperienza negativa in fase di prenotazione/accettazione veicolo. Chiamo in mattinata spiegando il problema ed il centralino mi assicura l'intervento di diagnosi se fossi arrivato entro le 15,30. Mi presento alle 15,10 e mi viene detto che la sola alternativa che ho è di lasciare il veicolo e tornare il giorno dopo. Se mi avessero dato giuste informazioni avrei evitato di fare 20 km all'andata ed altrettanti al ritorno o mi sarei organizzato per lasciare il veicolo. Il giorno dopo ho contattato mercedes di latina e nel pomeriggio in 30 minuti hanno risolto il problema
Negative experience when booking / accepting the vehicle. I call in the morning explaining the problem and the switchboard assures me the diagnosis intervention if I arrive before 3.30 pm. I show up at 3.10 pm and I am told that the only alternative I have is to leave the vehicle and come back the next day. If they had given me the right information, I would have avoided doing 20 km on the outward and the same number on the way back or I would have organized to leave the vehicle. The next day I contacted mercedes from latina and in the afternoon they solved the problem in 30 minutes
