gestione professionale e grande cortesia alla reception. in officina molta disponibilità e competenza . prezzi e servizio allineati al marchio rappresentato. non sempre altrove si trovano queste cose tutte assieme specialmente per clienti occasionali.

Ho avuto un problema alla mia classe B al rientro dalle ferie la domenica mattina. Il lunedì mattina ho contattato l'officina e mi hanno subito preso in carico l'auto, poi riconsegnata la sera aggiustata. Mi hanno contattato per il preventivo dopo la prima diagnosi. Molto solerti le signore dell'amministrazione nel comunicarmi i tempi di lavorazione. Ho trovato serietà ed efficienza. Un saluto

Esperienza negativa, trattati con atteggiamento di sufficienza al telefono, dicono la richiamiamo tra mezz'ora un'ora ma poi ero costretta a richiamare sempre io per avere novità sulla macchina. Sono stata per parecchio tempo senza macchina un mese pressapoco senza che loro stessi fossero in grado di dirmi tempi di consegna, inizialmente 4\5 il tempo di far arrivare i pezzi nel frattempo sono passate due setitimane, poi dicono prossima settimana le diamo la macchina ma poi non era arrivato un ricambio insomma un'esperienza da dimenticare senza comprensione ed esaustività nei confronti del cliente.

Unser Benz ist genau bis vor das Tor gerollt. Diagnose: Getriebe schaden 1. Woche später hatten wir unser Auto wieder. Wir sind aus Deutschland und es ist ein campervan. Herr Lorusso war sehr freundlich und er kann deutsch . Er hat uns alle Sehenswürdigkeiten im Umkreis von 60km aufgeschrieben die wir auch alle täglich eine mit seinem Leih Benz besucht haben. Die freundlich Art und das zuverlässige hat ihm 5 Sterne von uns eingebracht . Auch ein Lob an die gesamte Werkstatt. Gruß Conny & Uwe
Our Benz rolled right up to the gate. Diagnosis: transmission damage 1st week later we had our car again. We are from Germany and it is a campervan. Mr. Lorusso was very friendly and he speaks German. He wrote down for us all the sights within a 60km radius, which we all visited every day with his rental Benz. The friendly manner and the reliable has earned him 5 stars from us. Also a compliment to the entire workshop. Greetings Conny & Uwe

Mercedes service center called Franco to ask his help for the broken window mechanism of our 13 year old Vito. After our phone call they ordered the parts they thought we would need. The next morning they checked the car and found out there was more damage to the mechanism than originally estimated. We were given the option to come back the next day at 15:00 and at 16:00 I drove away with a fixed window. And as a bonus: As my husband got ill, Franco gave me his private number so i could call him for any extra help if needed. He also asked me to send him a postcard upon the return of our honeymoon.
