★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il negozio ha un assortimento decente ma ogni volta che si porta qualcosa da vendere l'oggetto viene ostentatamente e platealmente denigrato quando poi la merce in vendita spesso ha un cattivo stato d'uso. Considero inoltre il proprietario molto sgarbato con i clienti per aver assistito spesso ad alcuni scambi di battute ed al modo di esprimersi nel corso delle valutazioni per l'acquisizione in vendita
 The shop has a decent assortment but every time you bring something to sell the item is ostentatiously and blatantly denigrated when then the merchandise for sale often has a bad state of use. I also consider the owner very rude to customers for having often witnessed some exchanges and the way to express themselves during the assessments for the acquisition for sale

I refer to the review carried out by Adriano Salvatori to whom I was helping with the sale of the kitchen. I am baffled to find that the transport quote for the kitchen arrived immediately after the negative review was posted. You are ridiculous!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho avuto esperienza di acquisto on line con questo punto vendita, in quanto non sono della zona. Devo dire che sono rimasta davvero sorpresa dall'imballo impeccabile. Gli oggetti Thun sono molto delicati, soprattutto se parliamo di oggetti di un determinato volume e senza una scatola.
Pienamente soddisfatta dell'acquisto, seguito dall'accuratezza che mi ha permesso di ricevere tutto quanto integro. Per questo ringrazio Sara... Una persona così gentile e disponibile, con la quale ho avuto un dialogo telefonico e che ha seguito tutto l'iter della preparazione del mio pacco.
Grazie Sara... ringrazio naturalmente anche tutto lo Staff.
Consigliato, soprattutto a chi é lontano ed ha qualche remora nel fare un ordine on line.
I have had online shopping experience with this store, as I am not from the area. I must say that I was really surprised by the impeccable packaging. Thun objects are very delicate, especially if we are talking about objects of a certain volume and without a box.
Fully satisfied with the purchase, followed by the accuracy that allowed me to receive everything intact. For this I thank Sara ... Such a kind and helpful person, with whom I had a telephone conversation and who followed the whole process of preparing my package.
Thanks Sara ... of course I also thank all the Staff.
Recommended, especially for those who are far away and have some hesitation in placing an order online.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esperienza negativa che più negativa non si può, mercatopoli è completamente inaffidabile: volevo vendere una cucina, dopo aver inviato le foto ed aver avuto riscontro positivo, sono spariti, ho chiesto telefonicamente, via mail e via WhatsApp informazioni circa il trasporto verso la loro sede e non ho ottenuto risposta.
Sconsiglio a chiunque di rivolgersi a Mercatopoli soprattutto in caso di vendite urgenti da ottemperare, a causa della loro mancanza di professionalità e inaffidabilità. Personale antipatico e superficiale!
Negative experience that cannot be more negative, Mercatopoli is completely unreliable: I wanted to sell a kitchen, after sending the photos and having received positive feedback, they disappeared, I asked by phone, email and via WhatsApp for information about the transport to their headquarters and I got no answer.
I do not recommend anyone to contact Mercatopoli especially in case of urgent sales to be complied with, due to their lack of professionalism and unreliability. Unpleasant and superficial staff!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ trascurabile negozio dell'usato dell'altra nota catena nazionale, dispone di uno spazio enorme rispetto ad altri simili e per questo ci si potrebbe trascorrere molto tempo all'interno, tempo che tuttavia scorre veloce perché, almeno per quello che mi riguarda, difficilmente si trova qualcosa di interessante.
i prezzi sono sopra la media e, se non ricordo male, dall'ultima volta che ci sono stato e chiesto, non vengono scontati (almeno per gli articoli che interessano me).
tantissimo arredamento, quindi se state cercando mobili è possibile che qui lo troviate, ma per il resto, il mio consiglio è di guardare altrove
il personale è gentile e disponibile, il parcheggio nelle vicinanze invece è un'impresa quasi disperata
in conclusione, se siete assidui frequentatori di mercatini dell'usato una visita la potete fare, altrimenti rivolgete la vostra attenzione verso altri posti decisamente più attraenti
