★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tra le migliori paste in circolazione. Veramente eccezionale!! Io compro sempre spaghetti, bucatini e rigatoni; tengono la cottura in maniera superba e si sposano a meraviglia con matriciana, pesto e carbonara......hanno un negozio dedicato su via Appia con tante specialità, ottimo vino. Assoluta gentilezza della signora che vi lavora.
 Among the best pasta around. Truly exceptional !! I always buy spaghetti, bucatini and rigatoni; they keep cooking superbly and marry perfectly with matriciana, pesto and carbonara ... they have a dedicated shop on Via Appia with many specialties, excellent wine. Absolute kindness of the lady who works there.
