★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I prodotti prenotati vanno indicati nel sito, non si può venire fin lì , chiedere dell'oggetto e la risposta spesso è : " è prenotato" , e poi quando durano queste prenotazioni ? mesi ? ci sono oggetti che dite sono " prenotati" , la prenotazione non viene però indicata sul sito e continuano a stare esposti per settimane - La domanda a questo punto è : " sono oggetti "prenotati" o dedicati ?

Non sono riusciti a leggere il green pass e senza nessuna attenzione hanno girato le spalle e basta...considerando che ho terza dose e ci sono stata una settimana fa entrando

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessima esperienza, se si fa parte di un merchandising che pubblica online gli annunci e non segue gli ordini, mi chiedo perché postare gli oggetti.
Contatti appena pubblicato l'annuncio, (tarda notte) per ordinare l'articolo, nessuna risposta. Richiamato in mattinata in negozio per ordinarlo e una ragazza in modo sgarbato ha risposto che non aveva tempo di guardare perché aveva troppo lavoro da fare. Le ho chiesto di tenerlo da parte e darmi una risposta, mai avuta. Invio un secondo messaggio, nessuna risposta. Richiamo oggi e l'oggetto è stato venduto. Pessima gestione e dipendenti incapaci. Lasciate perdere la pubblicazione online se non garantite gli oggetti ai clienti. Zero stelle se fosse possibile.

Called back to the shop in the morning to order it and a girl rudely replied that she didn't have time to look because she had too much work to do. I asked her to keep it aside and give me an answer, which she never got. I send a second message, no reply. I'll call back today and the item has been sold. Bad management and clueless employees. Forget online publishing if you don't guarantee items to customers. Zero stars if it were possible.
