★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I due operatori mi accolgono senza la minima cortesia; l' operatrice mi impartisce ordini secchi, come fossi un ebete, chiedendo più volte le stesse informazioni.
Non accetta la merce di domenica, poi ci ripensa; non accetta l' abbigliamento fino a marzo, poi ci ripensa.
Dopo tanta fatica per ottenere la tessera, la stessa mi viene ritirata in quanto, secondo loro, ne era stata richiesta un' altra.
La merce in esposizione è di buona qualità ma in certi casi supera i prezzi degli articoli non usati.
Risposta al proprietario:
In fatto di buone maniere non ho nulla da imparare da voi, nessuno si è degnato di salutarmi, il tono abrasivo vi qualifica. Tenetevi la mia merce e imparate l'educazione.

He does not accept the goods on Sunday, then thinks about it; does not accept clothing until March, then thinks about it.
After so much effort to get the card, the same is withdrawn from me as, according to them, another one had been requested.
The goods on display are of good quality but in some cases exceed the prices of unused items.
