L'ho portata in negozio per l'assistenza dato il costo elevato del prodotto, ma dopo una settimana mi è stato detto che mi dovevo rivolgere direttamente alla Giannina. Ho contattato l'azienda che mi ha spiegato che devo portare l'articolo ad un rivenditore autorizzato. Assurdo. Spendere i soldi e dopo non essere soddisfatto. Se non si è rivenditore perché vendere l'articolo che poi non si può dare alcuna assistenza?
I bought a Giannina mocha and after a few months it didn't work well. I took her to the shop for assistance given the high cost of the product, but after a week I was told that I had to go directly to the Giannina. I contacted the company and they explained that I have to take the item to an authorized dealer. Absurd. Spend the money and not be satisfied afterwards. If you are not a reseller why sell the item that you cannot then give any assistance?
