Troviamo una discreta scelta di attrezzature per ogni genere di esercizi ristorativi che rasentano l'uso domestico ma, considerato il momento storico e la condizione economica, va bene anche questo. Per chi ha avuto la fortuna di operare in strutture a *****, regno di attrezzature in argento e cristallo non è questa la struttura dove potersi rifornire.
