★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice ice cream and delicious frozen yogurt would be a 4 star however was some of the worst, if not the worse customers service I have ever had in Italy. It was busy, someone was working out the back and didn’t come to assist. Staff were not friendly or helpful. They allowed others to cut in. I felt I was an inconvenience being a tourist in their shop. Really took it away from the ice cream experience. Even asking for fruit on top of the frozen yogurt felt like I had asked a forbidden question and was too much to ask for.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hands down the most delicious. I tried a couple flavors pistachio, almond, Sicilian cassata, coffee, cookies and cream , peanut and cream.. I was there every night to grab a bite. My most favorite would be the almond , and cassata . You can taste the freshness of the nuts and tell it’s no fake ingredients. Only weird thing was that their outlet by the main Napoli station does let you try the flavor unlike this location . Hence making it hard to make a choice . Overall the quality is great and high on flavor

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super creamy gelato! They have machines in the back, so I suspect this is pretty fresh/the real deal.
The smallest adult size is 2.50 euro and you can pick two flavors, but they do a mini cup for kids at 1 euro for a single flavor. (You really do have to be/have a kid though because I totally tried to order it for myself and was denied)
Great flavor on the dark chocolate! So good.
Woman behind the counter was pleasant and courteous.
