What is the best way to spoil someoneβs appetite? Incredibly rude service.
Whether it is because we are tourists or the fact that we are men, as he seemed to enjoy serving the young girls behind us.

β β β β β How rude can a vendor be! The ice cream was average and over-priced so just go someone else. It's not worth it.
The Italian pony-tailed vendor behaved like a cranky child who couldn't care less about us, customers. Whether it was about us being two male tourists and not Italian female citizens, I don't know for sure, but I can guess the answer after he seemed to have a great time serving some girls after us.

β β β β β Very good gelato in generous portions, but tasted too cold.
This was the first gelato I had I Naples and I really loved that they were generous with the portions. I too three scoops and the girls I the store told me that if I had taken two scoops, the scoop sizes would've differed (in guessing bigger scoops, but less scoops of course).
The ice cream tasted nice but it was too cold so the flavors didn't really hit me as much as gelato from other parlors did. The strawberry flavor was a disappointment (it was sorbet, not gelato) but the two chocolate ones were great.

β β β β β Vegan selection: 4 flavors out of 16, the dark chocolate was especially good, the others just okay. Nice staff, big portions.

β β β β β Ice cream was truly excellent and the staff was very friendly. They recognized foreigners and offered to speak English. Bathroom is available if you sit on a table outside (which does of course cost more than take away), but there was no toilet paper and no way to lock the door.

β β β β β Nice ice-cream and service. I had chocolate with orange and forest fruits flavours (both vegan). The chocolate was so fresh and nice while the forest fruits so and so. There are many vegan and gluten free options for both cone and ice cream which is quite rare for this part of Naples. Overall very satisfied.

β β β β β Worst experience in Naples. Ice cream is a sacred dessert that should not be sold by people who hate people and hate their job. The shopkeeper was very rude from the start when we arrived there. He was very edgy and displeased that it took a few moments to decide what to pick. Another staff member arrived in some point and the shopkeeper was very angry even with him (they were talking in Italian, but you could understand his facial expressions and the tone of voice).
