★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Offers what you would expect in a beach restaurant. The place is pretty busy and the waiters are busy running back and forward to the kitchen. The food is better than I expected. It was fresh and was tasteful. It might be a little overpriced, but again, it is just 150 meters from the island of Isola Bella, so I guess it is ok ?

A true turist scam, we went down to the beach to ask for two sunbeds and we got directed to the counter and paid 15 euro each, afterwords we got directed to the beach and we wanted to choose our own sunbeds and this was when we learned that all the best sunbeds were reserved to the hotel and there was no signs telling this before we paid. Now we were forced to sit all the way back at the beach near the sidewalk instead of the ocean. Avoid this scam at all cost. Trust me you get a much better experience laying right on rocks for free then renting these sunbeds. Furthermore the lifeguard were the rudest person we met on our vacation.
There is a place on the other side on the beach with much better service and better sunbeds and it even costs less choose this or choose to lay on the rocky beach for free.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is great! In the peak of summer the price to get a bed and umbrella was 25 euros per person! As I was travelling on my own and had one day to enjoy this amazing beach I decided it was worth it. The price for drinks, snacks and food are reasonable! 4 euros a glass and 4 euros for an arancini.
The water is so clear and refreshing, the view to Isola Bella is stunning. However the beach is a pebble beach (not sand!) so do wear appropriate beach shoes. There are ppl selling it at street level.
Another option is to jump into water straight from the “walking bridge”!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing location. Very fast service. We had 3 very delicious and tasty pizzas and a plate of octopus ravioli. Reasonable prices. Overall a good place where to have lunch on the beach.
